A confused day... Errr, I mean a busy day.
Yesterday I posted some pictures. The real Chinese name is 仙剑奇侠传(XianJianQiXiaZhuan). In fact, the title means a story of fairy sword and miraculous hero. Of course love is described mostly. This RPG game is very famous, just like Final Fantasy in Japan. It was produced more than 10 years ago. But I don't think there are any games in China that can exceed it.
In that story, a young man occcaionally meets a young lady and takes it on hisself to protect her. The lady is a princess of a Protoss who wants to go home. On the journery another lady joins them, but dies in an accident. A bad guy wants to control the Protoss and then to dominate the world. Finally, the princess sacrifices herself to kill the guy.
I'm not capable enough of describing the story very well and it looks really unbearably bored. But when you find Chinese magic, love, hero and humanization in a winding story, it's splendid.
The title refers 侠(Xia), which means hero or heroical, but not exactly. A famous Chinese writer said, Xia is great, is because it is for the country and people. So a Chinses hero is always for others. An American hero is a hero firstly because he has a super body, but a Chinese hero is a Xia firstly because he has a nobly spirit.
I think the Chinese magic is really fascinating. It is a kind of exaggerated Kongfu, like what in the Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon. Many Chinese ancient things concentrate on spirit more than substance, for example, the traditional Chinese painting.
Beats By Dr Dre.
